Warranties

All Ezytrail caravans and camper trailers come with a 12-month warranty*, which covers the manufacturing and/or materials of the structure of the camper or caravan. When it comes to chassis and drawbars, at Ezytrail, you’re covered too*:

  • F5 chassis and drawbars receive a lifetime warranty.
  • F3 chassis and drawbars also come with a 5-year warranty.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Fair wear and tear of the camper or caravan and its components, or replacement of any consumable items such as brake linings, magnets, tyres, wheel alignment, bearings, or bearing seals.
  • Any damage or loss of function incurred to any part of the camper or caravan because of any events that occur after you take possession of the camper or caravan.

It's important to remember that a warranty is not a replacement for insurance. For more information, find your model's specific warranty document within the Owners Hub on our website, or get in touch for more support.

*Only for first-time owners, when purchased directly through Ezytrail branches or authorised dealerships.

Product recalls

At Ezytrail, we take your safety seriously. As such, due to a small amount of reported cases of structural weakness, a voluntary recall has been issued for the early K-Series MK1 models sold between 2015 and 2017.

Please note, this does not apply to all MK2 models.
